SPOTLIGHT: HURRICANE HELENE VS. ENCIRCLE

Hurricane Helene was one of the strongest storms on record to hit the southeastern U.S. Doug and his team headed to North Carolina with heavy hearts 鈥� but confidence in their tools.

鈥淲e did a couple restaurants and a ton of houses. It was absolute devastation,鈥� Doug recalls. 鈥淏ut when you look at the before-and-afters, and see people getting their homes and businesses back 鈥� you think, damn. That鈥檚 restoration. That鈥檚 why this industry exists.鈥�

Disaster zones bring their own challenges 鈥� especially when connectivity drops out. 鈥淥ffline mode is huge,鈥� he says. 鈥淭here were places after Helene that didn鈥檛 have cell service the entire time we were there. But 91看片 kept us working without glitching or losing data.鈥�

And when it came time to justify the work, 91看片 reports delivered. 鈥淭hese weren鈥檛 residential adjusters. These were seasoned pros handling multi-million-dollar losses.
